Glass cutting plays a significant role in glass sheet processing industry. Meanwhile, the procurements are cut on the machine for further processing. Glass cutting of our production is done on a new equipment. Highly productive machine is equipped by a special computer-control system and makes both straight and curve cuttings of any complexity.

  The machine program provides a wide spectrum of model geometrical figures from which it is possible to order figure cutting at required sizes and at any complexity. The machine has also a function of a “store” in it where all necessary remains that can be useful further cutting are inputted. The machine cutting cap is equipped by an optical sighting device which provides instrument position exactness; accurate within 0.1mm.
The cutting table has apertures for delivering air from a high-powered ventilator to create an air cushion between the upper part of the tableand glass sheet which provides easier placement of a large size glass to a table working surface. The machine cuts glass sheets with 3mm to 19mm thickness. High-productivity of the machine enables to cut glass sheets up to 250 sq.m volume, during the end-of-shift-productivity
